About Badminton Progress

Train with maximum efficiency.

Badminton Progress was born from a simple idea: to offer players a clear, progressive, and motivating method for training effectively—even without constant supervision.

What we want to contribute

Progressive planning

Each program is structured into training cycles designed for your level and goals.
You progress step by step, without rushing, with a clear logic between technique, physical fitness, and recovery.
The idea is to make your progress measurable, sustainable, and motivating to improve your level.

Visible monitoring

Progress isn’t always immediately apparent, but it can be measured.
The app will provide simple, visual indicators to track your performance: frequency, regularity, and success of sessions.
You’ll know where you stand—and, more importantly, what you need to adjust to continue making progress.

Comprehensive approach

Badminton Progress is not limited to technique.
Each session incorporates physical (explosiveness, speed, endurance), technical (accuracy, movement), and mental (concentration, confidence) aspects.
It is this combination that enables real improvement over time.

Motivation

Nothing is more difficult than staying consistent without a framework.
That’s why each user benefits from intermediate goals, progressive challenges, and personalized feedback.
You train your discipline as much as your game, with enjoyment that never wanes. For your next session or the next 6 months, we have what you need.

Who is Badminton Progress for?

Recreational player

You are a casual player who is quietly looking to improve and learn a few key skills.

Competitive player

You are a demanding competitor who is eager to improve and become a better player in order to win.

Badminton coach

You are looking for physical training or routines for your club members or athletes.

The Badminton Progress philosophy

We believe that progressing in badminton is not just about hitting harder. It is a balance between structure, understanding, and consistency.

Badminton Progress was designed to help every player give meaning to their training, stop wasting time, and turn repetition into progress.

Method before intensity

Each session offered fits into a clear framework: coordinated technical, physical, and mental work. We know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and how to measure its effects.

Progress to perform

The goal is not to “play better tomorrow,” but to improve every week.
Badminton Progress values consistency and understanding over raw, immediate performance, which is an illusion.

Science above all else

Our content is based on principles derived from physical training, sports psychology, and motor skills education. All of this is adapted to the realities of amateur and competitive badminton.

Visible progress

Progress is not just an impression.
The app provides simple benchmarks: frequency, feelings, speed of execution, and validation of the criteria for successful exercises and routines.

Autonomy as a goal

We want every player to understand how to train alone intelligently and effectively. Badminton Progress guides you, but above all teaches you how to analyze your own progress.

Pleasure as a driving force

Because you can never make lasting progress under duress.
Each program leaves room for variety, challenges, and the satisfaction of a job well done.

Who am I ?

Who is behind Badminton Progress?

My name is Stéphane, and I have been passionate about badminton for over 15 years. I created Badminton Progress to help players structure their training.

My work is based on serious and in-depth study of badminton in all its physical, tactical, technical, and mental dimensions. None of the content you will find here or on the future app is generated without validation from multiple scientific and medical sources. The exercises are the same as those used by the world’s best players, and I can assure you that you will improve your ranking thanks to the resources you will find here.
